Relaunches Operations under Global Conference Partners™

LOS ANGELES, CA — March 26, 2007 — FreeConference.com, a leading conference call solutions company, announces the relaunch of its operations under a new corporate name and senior management team charged with leading the company into the next generation of global group communications and collaboration solutions.

Alex B. Cory has been tapped as CEO of the newly renamed Global Conference Partners (GCP). Mr. Cory’s expertise lies in early stage technology companies that are transitioning from founder led teams to more experienced management. With a business foundation rooted in McKinsey & Co., Mr. Cory has served as Executive Vice President of Overture Services, and CEO of Neven Vision, recently sold to Google. He has also served as CEO, board member, and advisor to several technology companies in various stages of development.

Acquired in May of 2006 by American Capital Strategies, FreeConference.com has traditionally served the audio conferencing marketplace. The new corporate name, Global Conference Partners, reflects the company’s vision to deliver telephony and web–based communication and collaboration solutions worldwide. Currently the company has services in North America, Canada, United Kingdom ( www.conferenceuk.com ) and Germany ( www.FreieKonferenz.com )

“FreeConference.com pioneered the vision that audio conference calling can be as secure and reliable as service from traditional Conference Service Providers, but delivered at little or no cost,” said Mr. Cory. “With the resources of American Capital behind us, we will invest in new product, technology, and delivery capabilities to expand our vision and create, market, and distribute simple, convenient, integrated tools for group communication and collaboration in and between businesses and organizations around the globe.”

Mr. Cory has built his senior management team with seasoned professionals with experience in telephony, internet services, software development, and technology operations, adding key personnel in sales, marketing, finance, engineering, operations, and customer service in the last 5 months to prepare for the relaunch of operations.
