The iotum Calendar Booking page is a lightweight, whitelabeled booking tool that allows end users to schedule one-to-one meetings while automatically generating a video conferencing link.
It is designed to be delivered as part of your whitelabel offering. Your brand stays front and center. iotum stays in the background.

This feature was built specifically for partners who want to offer a modern scheduling experience without adding complexity to their stack.
The booking page is fully whitelabeled and intended to live naturally inside your existing product or service. To end users, it feels like a seamless extension of what you already provide, not an additional tool they need to learn or trust.
Every scheduled meeting automatically includes a video link from their account, ensuring a consistent and reliable experience from booking through to the meeting itself.

Each booking automatically generates a video conferencing link from the customer’s account.
Simple booking flow
Guests select a time, enter their name and email, receive confirmation, and get a calendar invite.
Timezone handling
Times are displayed clearly to avoid confusion for hosts and guests.

Designed intentionally for focused one-on-one conversations.
What It Will Cost
The Calendar Booking page is included as part of the iotum whitelabel package.
There is no separate license, add-on fee, or per-booking cost for partners using the feature under their whitelabel. Our goal is to help you deliver more value to your customers without increasing complexity or cost.
Any future premium capabilities will be communicated clearly and well in advance.
