At the “Superpowering IP through Podcasts” discussion featuring Steve Raizes from Paramount, speakers and panelists led the audience through an informative chat about how podcasts have become a critical part of looping in studios and networks to catch audiences with a new or existing IP. The podcast market is ripe with content that helps give life to mega marketing strategies but it pays to know the top priorities.
The NuVoodoo team talked about “The Seven Things Listeners Love About Podcasts (and the Three That Make Them Crazy). Through the team’s multiple one-on-one interviews, NuVoodoo was able to put together a quantitative study of a thousand-plus podcast listeners to pull out information and metrics that support or dismantle firsthand opinions about what podcast listeners love about podcasts.
In the “Podcast Leadership From Every Angle” breakout session, panelists discussed how the podcast industry is constantly evolving every day. It’s no secret that podcasting changes fast. This panel provided an excellent opportunity to open up the conversation regarding changes and themes that are happening in podcasting as we speak. With industry experts such as Steve Goldstein CEO of Amplifi Media; Martina Castro, Founder and CEO of Adonde Media; Larry Rosin President of Edison Research; Jessica Cordova Kramer, CEO of Lemonada Media; and Jonas Woost, Co-Founder of Bumper, attendees were in a for a real treat and mega interesting discussion.
